Can I try the dress on first?
Yes, and it's free. Try-ons are by appointment in St Kilda East. Tick the try-on box in your enquiry and we'll arrange a time.
How long can I keep the dress?
Up to 7 days, so there's time for photos before the night and no rush to return it the next morning.
What's the bond?
The bond is 50% of the dress's purchase price, refunded within 10 business days once it's returned on time, dry cleaned and in the same condition.
Do I need to clean it before I return it?
Yes. Please have it professionally dry cleaned and bring the receipt when you return it. Don't wash or spot clean it at home.
